The private limited liability company “Vytrita” is intrinsically committed to quality, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety in the execution of electrical installation works. The Company’s primary objective is to ensure the highest level of service quality and environmental performance in order to meet customer needs and achieve maximum profitability. To accomplish this goal, significant attention is given to the quality of electrical installation works performed, environmental protection, occupational health and safety, employee motivation systems, and the application of advanced working methods.

All employees adhere to the core working principle of striving for customer satisfaction with the services provided, while ensuring that operations have the least possible impact on the environment. We therefore commit to careful and responsible work, complying with quality and environmental requirements and applying pollution prevention principles. We are also committed to identifying, assessing, and managing climate change-related risks and opportunities in order to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable operations.

To ensure employee health and safety, occupational risks are assessed, and prevention of accidents, injuries, and incidents is carried out. Hazards are eliminated and risks reduced, while employees are actively involved in improving workplace safety. They are encouraged to report any hazards or risks, provide suggestions, participate in consultations, and contribute to the creation of a safe and healthy working environment.
